Refund policy
One Year Guarantee
At Bluebell Beds we are committed to manufacturing quality products which offer outstanding value for money to our customers. Such is the confidence in the quality and workmanship that goes into the manufacture of our products that we offer a minimum 12-month guarantee effective from the original date of purchase. In the unlikely event that any problem is found within the first year of its use which is attributable to poor workmanship or faulty raw materials we will repair or replace the product completely free of charge.
Five Year Warranty
In addition to our manufacturer's 12-month guarantee, your purchase has a further 4-year limited warranty. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase. In the first instance please report the issue to Bluebell Beds stating the nature of the fault backed up by photographic evidence. Under the terms of our warranty, we will impose a charge on a sliding scale based on the age of the mattress plus delivery costs. The older the item, the more you will be required to contribute.
- Up to 12 months = free of charge replacement
- 1-2 years = 20% charge of the purchase price (excluding courier charges)
- 2-3 years = 40% charge of the purchase price (excluding courier charges)
- 3-4 years = 60% charge of the purchase price (excluding courier charges)
- 4-5 years = 80% charge of the purchase price (excluding courier charges)
Damages, missing parts or other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your parcels packaging is damaged in any way, please refuse the parcel as damaged. Please inspect your goods before the carriers leave and should there be any items missing or damaged, contact us immediately by email. Take photos of any damaged packaging or damaged goods and do not dispose of any packaging before we have spoken to you. We cannot accept any notification of damage received more than 48 hours days after delivery and subsequent claims will be rejected
Refund policy
All our products are custom-made to order and as such, may not be returned. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods will fit in their space. We offer a 48 hour cooling off period from the time of your order during which a full refund will be issued to your payment method if you change your mind. After 48 hours, the order will be in production and may not be cancelled or amended.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the bed, mattress and headboard will fit in your space. It is particularly important to check your access with larger or winged headboards. Our delivery service is ground floor front door only so if this is an issue, we would recommend recruiting a local handyman service for extra transportation.
