Exclusive to Short Beds, produced in small batches by traditionally trained craftsmen at a delightful family run woodworking mill in Lancashire. Each bed is hand crafted and finished to extremely high standards. Available in a range of short and odd sizes and manufactured from 100% slow growing Scandinavian pine, a premium timber particularly suited to furniture manufacturing due to it’s natural beauty and strength. Sustainably sourced, all lumber used to make our short beds is imported from Scandinavia, where strict conservation directives mean for every tree felled, two more are planted.

Help with Sizes
Bed frames / bases are traditionally sold by 'mattress size'. Which is the size of mattress a product is designed to take, NOT the dimensions of the product itself.
When choosing a bed frame, it's important to understand the the mattress will sit INSIDE the frame, meaning the frame will be ever so slightly bigger then the mattress.
